- Create design/or check customer design – as applicable.
- Present initial design or manufacturing drawings to customer as applicable for approval.
- Source raw materials with Manufacturer test certificates.
- Have raw materials tested at NABL Labs
- Parallelly create QAP for the project/product and submit copy to customer if required.
- Prototyping if required
- Stage inspections during manufacturing as per QAP
- Final Inspection of Product
- Quality documentation of product/operating manual if applicable.
- Packing and Dispatch
